      Pros

      The pay isn't too bad and the benefits are average. Free cox services are a plus. Lots of free gifts.

      Cons

      Micromanagement is awful. The training is lacking. You start working and have no idea how to use the companies own systems in order to do the job properly. They do not contribute to the 401k plan at all.

      Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

      Cons

      Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
