Pros

Practically free cable, internet and phone services. Good benefits and a pension plan, which is almost unheard of these days! My supervisor was great! The company is very fair and empathetic if you have a personal problem that requires some time off, like a death in the family or personal illness. Great bunch of people to work with.

Cons

24/7, 365 days a year scheduling. Scheduling based on sales performance, not seniority. Sales is a HUGE part of the technical support job so if you are not a sales person, you may want to think twice about working there.

Pros

good pay and benefit, good co-workers and work-life balance most of the time

Cons

company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
