      Pros

      Company has great benefits including discounted services, very generous paid time off policy, pension plan and affordable health care. Many great training opportunities.

      Cons

      Too much organizational change on an annual basis. Employees have had jobs impacted too much, having to re-apply for positions. Not many career options for employees outside of Atlanta.

      good pay and benefit, good co-workers and work-life balance most of the time

      Cons

      company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
