A very rocky road at Cox Business Phoenix, AZ - This was not really an SE position which was in a good alignment with Sales. You will be reporting up to Maintenance and Support. So, the SE in Phoenix is more involved with post sales issues with installs, outages, break-fix (80%) instead of working with Sales to co-create technical solutions for their customers (10%). Consequently, they have many post-sale issues with their technologies and solutions. Many folk were leaving the organization when I arrived.
