      People are great and care about a positive, inclusive culture. At some companies, culture and inclusion feel like marketing misaligned with the reality, this is certainly NOT the case at Cox.

      Returned to office 2 days a week in 2024. There are some pros, but my experience has been they are outweighed by the cons,

      good pay and benefit, good co-workers and work-life balance most of the time

      company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
