      Benefit package and at times flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Constantly changing commission plan. Not paying equally, men make more than women, new hires make way more than veterans that have dedicated over 20 yrs of service. Customers hate us, and now they can’t keep good people or customers.

      company has had a hard time keeping up with the industry, however, the industry has been struggling to fight the streaming service. now we're going through a sale being purchased by charter communications
