Going backswards - Manager Cox Fleet Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on how you perceive our company. I must admit that I was a bit surprised to read your comments considering you have been a manager with us for more than three years, and the success our company has experienced over that time has been unprecedented, and anything but "backswards." Being a Manager, I assume you were with us over the last two days at our annual Leadership Meeting, and you had to come away from that meeting knowing that the future for Dickinson Fleet Services has never been brighter! We had over 100 Sales, Operations, and Corporate Leaders that attended, and if you asked any of them, they would all agree that 2019 is going to be the greatest year in the 22 year history of our company. We are focused on employee engagement, and were proud to announce a 401k match that started March 1st. We are committed to bringing new technicians into the industry, and recently announced the plans to open the DFS Technology and Training Center in Indianapolis later this year. We are continuing to develop and enhance TRAIT, our technician handheld device, and will introduce the latest version this summer. We are focused on training and developing at all levels, and invested in a new Learning Management System (LMS) that promises to take our training to the next level. In February we successfully closed our sixth acquisition in the last two years, and we will continue to expand our service offering to our customers in 2019. I am so proud of the entire Dickinson Fleet Services family. Our people are the reason we are the best Maintenance Management company in the industry, and will continue to be for many years to come.
