Pros
I see a lot of reviews calling out the upper level management on how unapproachable they are however, this was not true in my case at all. When I started working here, people welcomed me with friendly faces and smiles. Everyone goes out of their way to help another if needed- no matter the job title. You just have to ask! As with anything, if you are not approachable then no one will approach you as well. Whenever I casually greet anyone (including upper level staff), I always receive an enthusiastic response and never feel as if I am not welcomed. You have to take the initiative to put yourself out there because communication works two ways. So far my experience with Dickinson has been wonderful and I look forward to continue working with them.
Cons
Work can get pushed around and pile up but this is where initiative and communication should be utilized. People are very understanding and changes are made if brought to attention.
