They try to always make the employees feel noticed and recognized with either kind words, food, prizes etc. The company is growing and impressive keep up with demand as well as teamwork in my department with “higher” supervision and staff.

Cons

Lots of work to do and can be stressful at times. Need to raise the pay to compete with similar companies. Hard finding a work life balance because you end up getting very dedicated to your job.

You will appreciate the people in your life who are good honest people more because of how poorly you will be treated.

Cons

The management in the NY market is terrible. If you want to use PTO that has been approved it depends on if the manager feels like it or not. Your significant other is going to be out of work for serious surgery and you want to use PTO so that you can pay your bills? Well too bad your manager didnt feel like it good luck with that late fee. Tell your manager a family member died unexpextedly and horrifically? Youll hear its part of life happens to everyone and a sigh because you are taking time off for a funeral. Expecting company supplied tools to be company supplied? Well quit being cheap is what my manager said to me over a 1200$ purchase. You have to get approval from your manager? Maybe he will get back to you maybe he will ignore you for an entire month. Hired for first shift but will be expected to work into the night and when you set a boundary that you weren't hired to work at night you'll be told that maybe you aren't the right fit for this job. If you think the amount of PTO in the job posting looks nice or the company supplied uniforms, laundering service, bonuses, or career development, company discounts well just keep scrolling because they're not telling the truth atleast for NY employees who arent over at their managers house for dinner. Cons include the management in NY.
