It has been 4 years and stills searching for positive thing to say. The best thing may be that the ownership team is clueless about what happens in the Regions and stays away.

People quit all the time. The owner in the East is so out of touch with business, he still runs things like it's the 70's. He should be replaced so turnover will stop. Terrible culture and environment to be in.

I am sorry to hear that this employee is so upset with the company after 4 years! While we do have turn over from time to time, we have grown our company by more than double in the past 5 years and we have done that with very satisfied customers and very satisfied Technicians. Our most important asset is our staff of over 385 Technicians that are nationwide. They are the face of our company with our customers. As a company we strive every day to make sure our Technicians get the support they need to perform their duties effectively, efficiently, and safely. The management in the NY market is terrible. If you want to use PTO that has been approved it depends on if the manager feels like it or not. Your significant other is going to be out of work for serious surgery and you want to use PTO so that you can pay your bills? Well too bad your manager didnt feel like it good luck with that late fee. Tell your manager a family member died unexpextedly and horrifically? Youll hear its part of life happens to everyone and a sigh because you are taking time off for a funeral. Expecting company supplied tools to be company supplied? Well quit being cheap is what my manager said to me over a 1200$ purchase. You have to get approval from your manager? Maybe he will get back to you maybe he will ignore you for an entire month. Hired for first shift but will be expected to work into the night and when you set a boundary that you weren't hired to work at night you'll be told that maybe you aren't the right fit for this job. If you think the amount of PTO in the job posting looks nice or the company supplied uniforms, laundering service, bonuses, or career development, company discounts well just keep scrolling because they're not telling the truth atleast for NY employees who arent over at their managers house for dinner.
