Pros
As my degree of study is in psychology this has been a great starting job overall. I have learn much from the experience of the job an the coworkers. The staff will work to have your back and keep each other safe. They are caring an therapudic to the patients and to each other. Overall the job can be rewarding.
Cons
Much like many other jobs mangagement can hold the staff back in their ability to provide a safe and therapudic enviroment for all both staff and patients. Though they may try to be involved they tend to be more of a hinderence at times than a help in situations that are critical.
