I love my job and I want all employees at Coyne to love their positions as well. We were awarded the 2017 Top Workplace recognition by the San Diego Union Tribune via extensive employee survey; we dedicate a significant amount of resources to staff development and to a performance management system that emphasizes coaching and positive reinforcement; and we offer a variety of bonus plans that, for example, enable supervisors to earn an additional 12 days paid time off each year in addition to the 2-3 weeks automatically allotted. I consider all feedback carefully, know that I/we can always do better for our staff, and am continually focused on making improvements so that we can achieve our mission to be a model of excellence in early intervention service delivery.
