Supportive management and leadership team that wants to see you succeed and grow as a professional and within the company. Hard work gets recognized and rewarded on the regular. Community that has been working together for decades, and a wealth of knowledge between the team that you cannot find anywhere else. Open door policy.

Cons

Fast paced and ever changing environment that can get busy - just means you need to be adaptable and stay on your feet.

Pros

Management lets you work at your own pace as long as you hit deadline. No one standing over your shoulder to get things done. Lots of OT. You have to try to get fired.

Cons

OT isn't always convenient. Shop floor could be better ventilated. Not much room for growth.
