      Pros

      When I started in 2011 it was family oriented. Fast paced, everyone worked as a Team. Co-Workers were like family, everyone was pleasant to work with. We had fun, I enjoyed coming to work everyday. They offered college assistance.

      Cons

      A lot of the executives and managers started to Retire, left the company broken. Environment changed, Merged with another company, positions were eliminated.

      Pros

      Crafco is not too big and not too small. You get all of the benefits of working for a major company, but the people on corporate that you interact with will quickly get to know you by name. The company also puts a significant effort into training and investing in new employees.

      Cons

      Communication between branches and between different departments can sometimes be trick.
