Management will fire without reason. Human Resources will create rules that only apply to one employee if they aren't like the rest, not an inclusive place to work. Management will promise raises and then Human Resources give you less than what they originally said you'd be making. Training plans get put in place and management doesn't follow those plans so you are expected to train yourself.

Pros
Great group of employees with a supportive management team. The company culture is unlike anywhere I've ever worked. They support a healthy work/life balance and host company events for families of the team. Can't imagine working anywhere else!
Cons
The departments could work a bit better together to help things run more smoothly.
