Pros

There are none, not since the take over.

Cons

Where to start. Druck has always been rather stingy with their wages, with no signs to improve. I have been working for this company for over 7 years and only received a single promotion. The pay to responsibility ratio is absolutely atrocious, most often with the expectation of doing the job of 2 to 3 people. Because why hire a correct amount of staff when you can overwork the few! Crane is extremely data focused. With only 2 months into the takeover, there now is a clock in, clock out system, multiple daily meetings (as if we have enough time already), removal of work from home (a step back and prehistoric mentality), removal of our previous point reward system. It feels as if Crane does not give a damn about the staff. I would highly recommend leaving as soon as possible. I know many will.

Pros

None. They took all our benefits and overwork everyone. Moral is in hell.

Cons

Everything. I can't think of one good think about Crane Co. The culture is abhorrent and archaic. They tout that they care for employees but then take all the benefits we had and expect us to thank them for it and work harder for less. Crane overpaid for our businesses and now they are desperately trying to squeeze us for anything they can get, but they are not making back the $1B they spent in the next 20+ years. I loved my job and the company I work for before they took over.
