      Pros

      Crane prioritizes safety above all else, so anything that is done needs to first be safe. This almost to an extent that any manual labour should be comfortable. Salaries compared to other organizations are rather good. Everything is new and shiny.

      Cons

      Management has no clue. Laissez faire attitude coupled with bouts of shouting or silly demands that are then not followed up. Proper team communication is inexistent, instead promoting silos. Basically get a basic management handbook and do the opposite.

      Pros

      The people in Nashua are great to work with and everyone really cares about making a fantastic product. The culture of safety and quality are outstanding. Those that I worked with at other sites were all well versed in their areas and most people generally wanted to help move improvements and the business forward.

      Cons

      Upper management within Crane Currency is fractured and doesn't provide clear direction or priorities. Several vice presidents will have initiatives they are driving, requiring work by the same group of people at the site without planning for the resourcing required or adjusting timelines.
