      Continues to win the US paper contract. Their cash cow.

      Cons

      Keayes is an Inept CEO,. Technology is rapidly falling behind their competitors. Poor quality. Awful culture to work for driven by their parent company Crane Co and their idiotic CEO Michell. Significant changes required within. Future divestiture would not surprise me.

      Pros

      The people in Nashua are great to work with and everyone really cares about making a fantastic product. The culture of safety and quality are outstanding. Those that I worked with at other sites were all well versed in their areas and most people generally wanted to help move improvements and the business forward.

      Cons

      Upper management within Crane Currency is fractured and doesn't provide clear direction or priorities. Several vice presidents will have initiatives they are driving, requiring work by the same group of people at the site without planning for the resourcing required or adjusting timelines.
