      -Company provides regular communication -Company listens to and considers new ideas from employees -Company provided me flexible hours while being a full-time student -Company is committed to the safety and security of all employees -All employees are welcoming and friendly the second you walk in the door

      Cons

      I have very minimal complaints about the company; however, no company is perfect. While the company is growing, there are still some aspects that are evolving and in progress such as technology updates and adding office space.

      Pros

      The people in Nashua are great to work with and everyone really cares about making a fantastic product. The culture of safety and quality are outstanding. Those that I worked with at other sites were all well versed in their areas and most people generally wanted to help move improvements and the business forward.

      Cons

      Upper management within Crane Currency is fractured and doesn't provide clear direction or priorities. Several vice presidents will have initiatives they are driving, requiring work by the same group of people at the site without planning for the resourcing required or adjusting timelines.
