      Was a great company when it was Cummins. Crane took over and ruined it.

      Cons

      All management thinks about is money. Forget about the customer and employees. Glad I was laid off. Too many changes for the worse.

      Great people, great leadership, great environment. I have been fortunate enough to spend 31 years at a place where I get to do what I love and the opportunity to choose what I do.

      Cons

      Horrible management, laying off great workers! Keeping lazy workers who pretend to do more than they actually do. No free cash flow. Company is broke!
