Pros

Company has a great work environment. My area at least has the supervisors abroad, so this takes a bit of pressure without compromising work quality. My team at least is under agile methodology which is great as it keeps work dynamic and updated with job market. Compensations and benefits are well beyond regular works in this geographical area at least.

Cons

Location specific --> its on the outskirts of the city so heavy traffic is expected as it shares highway with other states and there are frequent car accidents which makes arriving on time challenging. Local software teams are not currently under big growth so there are not so many career opportunities, yet degrees are respected so you can always make achievements in personal career ( Senior, principal, etc).

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the office environment, cafeteria, and work-life balance as these are areas we continuously invest in to create a positive employee experience. We understand that remote work has become a common preference in recent years. Our goal is to provide flexibility while maintaining collaboration and engagement, and we’re actively exploring ways to enhance in-office experiences and hybrid work options to ensure employees feel connected and supported. Your insights help us improve, and we thank you for your time with the company.

Pros

Vehicle and gas are perks, ok salary, but not awesome.

Cons

Slowly micromanaging us to death. They invent new ways to deny us a bonus every few months. Individual pay raises are not really based on performance as they claim. I’m not sure upper management even understands what we do, as very little of their directives make sense in practicality. The words they say in meetings cannot be trusted. To borrow an old saying: “They will pee on your leg and tell you it’s raining.” Local Branch Managers are afraid to say anything negative. District Managers are inept, at best. Regional Managers only care about control. Don’t you dare point out problems or you’ll be a problem yourself. Toxic culture of obedience by fear and retribution.
