Very hectic company.
Nothing seems planned.
Not sufficient training would like more in depth not two hours looking at a two pocket and then the rest is learned in a computer screen.
No communication or very little especially from branch to branch and corporate.
We are straying far from money for example we are now cleaning shoe boxes at dsw and calibrating scales at target. I know many people at CPi left their past companies because they kept picking up pointless contacts that stray far from the company’s main focus like money for us. I don’t think a distinguished bank would want to know we also clean shoe boxes and we don’t wanna keep going further down that rabbit hole
