I'm genuinely encouraged by the direction our new senior leadership team at CPI is taking. They seem to understand that building a successful business requires more than just product management and engineering. It takes a holistic approach. I'm seeing a much-needed shift in mindset. Historically, our company has been heavily focused on meeting the expectations of corporate and senior leadership, often at the expense of truly listening to our customers. Now, there's a noticeable change. Our customers are becoming the central focus, and the senior leadership team is aligning itself with their needs and perspectives, rather than the other way around.
Cons
It's time to reimagine Convenience Services beyond just vending machines. We need to think creatively and explore new offerings that truly meet evolving customer needs. If we don’t disrupt the status quo, we risk becoming irrelevant.

Vehicle and gas are perks, ok salary, but not awesome.
Cons
Slowly micromanaging us to death. They invent new ways to deny us a bonus every few months. Individual pay raises are not really based on performance as they claim. I’m not sure upper management even understands what we do, as very little of their directives make sense in practicality. The words they say in meetings cannot be trusted. To borrow an old saying: “They will pee on your leg and tell you it’s raining.” Local Branch Managers are afraid to say anything negative. District Managers are inept, at best. Regional Managers only care about control. Don’t you dare point out problems or you’ll be a problem yourself. Toxic culture of obedience by fear and retribution.
