You get get summers off. You get to work the same schedule as children. You work with children. You get to work in the Craven County public School System.

Cons

The work is hard. Some of the locations do not have any air conditioning. The pay is small for the amount of work.

Great students Great teachers Some bright spots in leadership Amazing potential for growth and excellence

Cons

Disorganized Lack of discipline HR Dept. is abysmally incompetent and hostile to even the most banal request. I cannot stress enough that HR is a BIG part of the problem in CCS.
