The people I work with are extremely nice. I think I just got luck with the school I work at.

Cons

The pay is extremely low for the amount of work. Lots of people are leaving to work elsewhere in town because they get paid more to do less work.

Great students Great teachers Some bright spots in leadership Amazing potential for growth and excellence

Cons

Disorganized Lack of discipline HR Dept. is abysmally incompetent and hostile to even the most banal request. I cannot stress enough that HR is a BIG part of the problem in CCS.
