Cons

No accountability from upper . If you speak up for yourself they will make false accusations and attempt to discredit you . The Board does not return emails or calls after you have gone through the chain of command . Very unprofessional , Lack of support and no follow ups to legit complaints within the department .

Great students Great teachers Some bright spots in leadership Amazing potential for growth and excellence

Cons

Disorganized Lack of discipline HR Dept. is abysmally incompetent and hostile to even the most banal request. I cannot stress enough that HR is a BIG part of the problem in CCS.
