Toxic management leads to a hostile work environment - Claim Handler Crawford & Company Employee Review

Had I had read the reviews on here before starting, I would never have joined! There pages of reviews documenting bullying and toxic behaviour from Management as soon as I reported it to senior levels it got worse I put up with it for 6 months but it was making me ill. Team Leader, HOD and HR were aware of what was going on and did NOTHING, they refused a transfer request (from me) and offered NO solutions to get the manager to stop bullying me. I was forced out of the company through toxic treatment and a lack of action by seniors who had the power to stop it instead by doing nothing the did nothing!
