Cons
Internal standards on top of what clients want, make hitting any bonus impossible. Lowball salaries, and too many layers to appease before the report actually gets to the client. The "National Quality Review Team" is a complete joke. The nit picking is brutal. For experienced adjusters, LOOK ELSEWHERE. For someone who is looking to get into the adjusting business, its a good place to start. But thats it. A launching pad to bigger and better things. Senior management is completely out of touch and don't really know the day to day obstacles that hold the front line adjusters down. Way too many hours (up to 75-80 hrs) for the pay. On-call rotation, terrible. Do you really want to leave at 4am to see a truck accident and then work a full day after? Crawford touts the program to clients who look for casualty adjusters to investigate car and trucking accidents in the middle of the night for 5-6 hours, even property adjusters who have no experience doing so, with no training. They tell you to not call yourself a property adjuster because if the client finds out, they will be upset its not a casualty adjuster.
