      Pros

      Pizza every friday. Snack bin of endless snacks. Coffee on tap. Meet some cool artists every once in a while.

      Cons

      The pay is extremely low. No desk space, just a bunch of long tables. Everyone who works there, was once an intern and was hired on if they liked you and you fit into the culture. The qualifications to work there are very low hence it shows. HR handles most problems by making them watch a youtube video regarding behavior in the workplace (5 min video to be exact) as a learning/punishment. Young environment where the bosses are not actively involved. Not enough parking for everyone.

      Cool coworkers, company is growing rapidly (that’s good and bad)

      Cons

      The company seems great, until you realize there is a very long and rapidly growing list of people who have been screwed over by the CEO. He routinely lies, breaks promises, and engages in unethical business practices. Megalomaniac who gets enjoyment out of bragging about how little he pays his workers. The company is growing fast but it is a house of cards. If you want to work for an Elon/Trump worshipping pathological liar who doesn’t care about artists or employees, this is a great place for you. If you value yourself or have morals, stay far away.
