- Good practices on Software development is not the main focus here, but whatever makes their sales team sign a new artist. - Politics have mastered thru the years at this team, and every manager plays their wolf-in-sheep skin role accurately if they need to be promoted and earn more and more money since it's not a secret that their only KPI is sales. - One big bully in the team who keeps promising will quit the job but still struggle with job interviews because this person can't hide how inappropriate they are for work, making people feel bad about what they do. - They raise their voice with anger on a video call if necessary - They don't care if you can screen print an offensive conversation written on slack; they're still typing it.
