Pros

This was a good place to work in terms of organization, the kind of work you do, you learn a lot from external experience, you get full support and advice from headquarters. And had good payments, viaticals and budget support.

Cons

We worked as components or groups, and the environment of my component seemed nicer when I started but then it got really awkward and stressful as time went by. So far a lot of people left or was fired from this group in particular, most of them being really talented. It was really difficult trying to understand a huge project with little explaining from the crew that had longer experience, and literally job was stealing my personal life with long schedules. I wasn't really able to keep up studying and working at the same time while being here, though they promote the idea of preparing yourself as a professional. I understand the fact that the project was huge, but with less than happier employees, it's really hard to be productive, though the project is interesting and has a huge social impact, that you want to help at the beginning, but then get tired and try to escape from it.
