Does Not Care About Their Employees - Anonymous employee Creative Associates International Employee Review

I received stellar employee evaluations every year I worked there. However, out of the blue and with no notice, they dismissed me. I was not project-based staff so it's not like funding ran out. I was never given a full justification as to why they dismissed me. I never knew I was on the chopping block and they did not give me time to state my case or take corrective action.
