Terrible management and incompetent leadership that often display microaggressions towards colleagues. Management tends to have an unnecessary arrogant approach and are very unhelpful. Difficult for staff to speak up and voice opinions unless it agrees with the "groupthink", however the organization is very much in silo so there is constant passive aggression. The company spends frivolously yet claims to never have a budget. Office times, the politics are primarily based on nepotism and favoritism. It is very difficult to get any work done. The turnover rate is incredibly high. Overall, very toxic and dysfunctional workplace that lacks professionalism.
