You will learn nothing because the quality work is either taken up by the team in the US. Whatever comes to India is clerical, low quality work - copy-paste stuff. They will lure you with a good CTC - do not fall for it. IT IS A TRAP. HR does nothing (is also braindead), has nothing to do apart from the annual rangoli at Diwali. They (management and HR) do not listen to you or to your requirements. Zero trainings and upskilling. Nothing is planned, everything is impromptu which also includes your career so think again before joining this place Unprofessional employees, won't reply to emails or messages. will cancel meetings if you make them wait for more than 3 minutes (because you are busy in another meeting), but will show up 15 minutes late themselves. You will also have to send 3 reminders before anyone pays heed to your requirements. Bureaucracy is so bad, it can easily beat any government across India. The technology they use is outdated and is bound to fail sooner or later. This firm over-promises and under-delivers. Dark future but no one cares. 25-year-old 'international' organization still worse and less mature than a good startup in India. I would have personally contacted each and everyone to not join this org if I could, but if you read this review - please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.
