I have worked with Creative IT for more than 6 years. The work environment is great where you get exposure to new technologies and processes. There is an open environment where your ideas and suggestions and welcomed and your seniors are easily approachable. It was a great journey to work under the COO, Mr. Anand Shanbhag and his mentorship and guidance has been very helpful. Appraisals are good, hard work is appreciated and you get an opportunity to grow both technically and financially.
