Not a good place for kids or staff - Teacher Creative Kids Childcare Employee Review

I love working at this school ( Caden) . I’m going to be 60 years old. I’ve worked in many schools. I’ve done many things i’ve been in the workforce for a very long time my background is art therapy with the concentration in education with a Montessori (certification )and I could tell you that I’m very happy with this school👍🏼.. listen there is no perfect job and sometimes you need to adjust everyone’s personalities and the job it self . in the beginning its rough and you want to jump ship .but I am so glad that I stayed because I am very happy here. The administration is amazing and all the other teachers are phenomenal. Everyone cares about the children and everybody shows compassion to the parents. I think it’s a great team. Our regional manager, Ashley is amazing too so trust me I will give this place 5 stars.( and I think all my amazing parents as well.)

Sometimes I feel we need more bathrooms lol

Too many meetings, low pay, too much for one person to do without support. No work life balance just expected to work open to close without a break!
