The management team micro-manages, and they are always looking to blame someone. There is no trust- simple things like office supplies are kept on lockdown and you have to ask permission to do anything.
CSH doesn’t keep up with technological advances and therefor staff waste time and energy calculating data and creating graphs that should be done in an instant by a data crunching app. This leads to the staff and management team charging clients $$$$$$ for their lack of preparation.
The management team is very reactive. I mean this in that as ABA professionals, you would think they would use these tactics in the organization as well (reinforcement, antecedent strategies, etc)... but they do not. It is always 1. Something happens, 2. Punishment is delivered, 3. Reactive strategies are put in place (new policies, new rules, etc).
Nobody is on the same page... there are alllll of these rules, yet people only have to follow them with certain BCBAs and if they are liked. The rules don’t apply equally to everyone.
