This is the second negative review, from the same employee, in less than a week.
At Creative Solutions for Hope, we continue to take all employee concerns seriously. To address the concerns noted below:
• All full-time employees are given paid time off yearly.
• Employees are promoted from within the company, in fact there have been numerous promotions within both the clinical and administrative departments within the past month alone.
• Raises are provided based on performance, conducted through an annual performance review, or at time of promotion.
• Administrative assistants do exactly that, they assist with administrative departments, until they find the department in which excel in/are passionate about and are promoted to a department-specific position.
• This reviewer specifically lost an employee that they oversaw and carried those tasks until they could find and hire their own replacement. However, they did not hire their own replacement, even after conducting multiple interviews, and instead submitted their resignation, and posted this review while still working with the agency.
• Creative Solutions for Hope (CSH) recognizes that an employee may have suggestions for improving the workplace, as well as concerns about the workplace. Here at CSH we always encourage employees to reach out to a supervisor to have a prompt discussion and voice their concerns. This reviewer noted that the company only cared after they put in their resignation, but this was the only time they addressed their concerns. We have an open-door policy, and checked in with this employee regularly, yet they still did not address any concerns. We cannot improve the workplace, if concerns are not brought to our attention. Alternatively, when concerns have been brought to our attention, it has led to positive changes within the company.
This review has been posted by a disgruntled employee, who did not exhibit professionalism, which is evident in their post.
