I am the HR Manager at Creative Solutions for Hope and wanted to thank you for taking the time to offer feedback. And yes, we agree, our clients are amazing to be around. It is unfortunately scheduling their appointments around parents and staff’s availability, that can be a bit challenging at times. I am so sorry to hear your frustrations with drive time, pay and gaps between those client’s appointments. Our scheduling department works tirelessly to ensure all client’s hours are maximized and your schedule is as full as we can possibly make it. Since we do work in client homes, driving in between client’s is part of the job (and discussed during the interview, prior to accepting the position), and we do not schedule staff outside of the discussed range (up to 25 miles). Our pay is competitive for the field we work in, and also discussed during the interview, prior to accepting the position, we also offer the opportunity for a raise for obtaining your RBT credential, within your first month of employment.
