The Recruiters are not pushy, they aid with the job hunting process, provide helpful feedback and suggestions, and celebrate the successes of the people in their network. Casual, inviting atmosphere. Fun staff.

The people at Creatives on Call are nice.

Cons

They act like a tiny company without enough staff. I rarely heard from them via email or a phone call. I have worked with several other "consulting" companies and this is by far the worst.
