Pros
You are truly given responsibility to own your own campaigns and manage your own projects. Clients are also varying so you can work on a lot of different projects. It's really great to see your work from beginning to end and the proven success through data and numbers. You work with a lot of great clients and learn about the importance of client communication and relationship. Everyone on the team is there to help you, assisting if you're overwhelmed as we all wanted the same outcome - high performance and strong relationships! My managers wanted to understand my long term career goals and you work closely with the CEO, having monthly meetings to better evaluate your time there and to understand the company aspects. You learn a lot about the media industry and it's a very close-knit team! Bonus is catered lunch on Mondays and fun out of office events! Some agencies have toxic environments, but this is not one of them!
Cons
Be prepared to work hard and own all potential mistakes on your project. It's a small team, so you have to be open to taking on multiple tasks and working all aspects of influencer management. I think there also could be better transparency into management decisions and future movement of the company.
