Pros

One of the best things about Credit Acceptance is that our culture is great without having to be shoved into the face of team members; it comes naturally from within. - Very competitive pay - Company shares success with team members through profit sharing - Generous total rewards including PTO and tuition reimbursement - Quality of hired team members shows through proper pre-hire assessments - Internal promotions - Strong senior leadership team that is open to hearing new ideas and provides multiple listening posts for team members to provide criticism, feedback, and suggestions. Personally, I also find them to be very friendly and easy to work with. - CEO holds a quarterly Town Hall and answers ALL team member feedback - Opportunity for team members to apply to newly posted roles before they are released to the public

Cons

Though the cons of working for Credit Acceptance are few, be prepared for a workload that seems to never end. The teams do try to celebrate accomplishments but most times there are high priority tasks to be completed. - HQ and the other sites seem disconnected at times due to cultural and geographical differences - Internal career mobility could use more support from the Company - Team member referral process is currently convoluted and many times, non-responsive from the Talent Acquisitions team

Pros

Great listening culture, remote work, and opportunities for advancement for those that can showcase results. The company

Cons

The company is going through a modernization transformation, which has resulted in some reduction in force and that can be unnerving for team members. However, the changes are needed to set the company and its employees up for success long-term.
