For your first several months, you'll attend various classroom trainings and participate in ride alongs to get a good feel for the role. The company constantly asks for feedback. The starting pay is decent relative to the workload, and there are plenty of benefits from 401k and health to mileage reimbursement and gym membership reimbursement.

This isn't a con but rather an observation on readiness. This job is not easy. To succeed, you'll need to maintain an extraordinarily positive attitude. You'll live in a world of rejection. You'll need to hustle and grind and stay committed to the process and work hard to see results - that means spending a lot of your time in front of your customers - building relationships and bringing value. I highly recommend having some knowledge or experience of the automotive industry or a deep understanding of b2b sales.
