Pros
Good pay, excellent benefits and profit sharing make CAC a competitive employer. The workplace culture also is a big plus. We have PTO and the ability to use that time whenever we need it, in most cases.
Cons
Work can be stressful, there seems to be a pretty big expectation of round the clock availability for some. There is a lot of after hours work. Mentorship has plenty of big holes and there are unequal training opportunities for workers at the same level.
