Pros

Working from home, flexible shifts, my supervisor, my team

Cons

Working every weekend, even though it's VERY slow. Kinda a work life balance as long as you don't like spending time with your family on weekends.Your bonus depends on if people who are in a financial bind can pay their past due balance, which with inflation and low pay, a lot of people are unable to consistently. Low pay outside of bonuses. Takes several months to see a decent bonus. Getting cursed out for calling people early in the mornings, especially on the weekends. Can't switch to another department until 6 months. Had to take a leave due to a family emergency and HR was more concerned with me giving them sensitive medical information for my family member to prove why being with them took priority over work. Then when I needed to extend my leave, they wanted me to explain why...after I had already told them that my family member is in a touch and go situation in the hospital. Because I didn't submit someone else medical records and didnt want to keep having a conversation about why I was on leave, I was terminated. So I could be losing a very important family member, and also lost my job. Btw, all this pressure for a UNPAID leave. Wasn't expecting to have to speak with someone every few days about my leave when my family and I are dealing with more important pressing issues 24/7. Very insensitive and not a company I want to be apart of.

Pros

Great listening culture, remote work, and opportunities for advancement for those that can showcase results. The company

Cons

The company is going through a modernization transformation, which has resulted in some reduction in force and that can be unnerving for team members. However, the changes are needed to set the company and its employees up for success long-term.
