The company cares about my success as an overall person. They provide a wonderful, collaborative environment. They have taken remote work and made it feel like being in the office. They care about my interest and develop skills for success. I started in Collection 11/2020 and recently was promoted to a position as Repossession Coordinator. They care about work/ home life balance. The company offers flexible schedules. They offer fully remote work and provide all the equipment. They have wonderful benefits including a App called Headspace that's dedicated to mental health and well being amount other things. They have a generous Paid time off package. They are inclusive of everyone and are dedicated to support of diversity in the work place.
