Fantastic role for anyone that’s a driven, goal-oriented, self motivated, self aware, and self-disciplined. You will have a territory to manage and nobody telling you what to do or where to go. The turnover we have is a reflection of how many people need more micro-management. Great company, great leadership, team atmosphere, work-life balance, great product, financially sound company. Best job I’ve ever had.
Cons
Can sometimes feel isolated, and you have to make sure you keep yourself accountable. If you are resourceful and resilient there are no cons.
