After 90 day completion you only get 2 floating holidays, 2hrs of vacation time every 2 weeks and 1.44 of PT every 2 weeks. Vacation time and floating holiday has to be put in 2 weeks in advance. There is no life and work balance u work 9-6pm mon-fri if u have an emergency or if u have to take off and u don’t have time they take the personal time u do have even if it’s not enough time to cover your absence and u get wrote up. The way u accumulate time and the way the attendance policy is it’s obvious this company does not care about retaining their employees and u have to wait a whole year to enroll in 401k. I have never worked for a company like this. Oh and if u don’t hit goal u don’t get commission and when u do hit goal u only get paid what u go over on the goal. This company also makes u sign an agreement to arbitration which means they can treat u like crap and fire u and u can’t sue them in federal court. And if u don’t hit goal for three consecutive months they will drop your hourly pay by $2 an hr
