I think their is a lot of potential for growth, will most definitely earn good money! If you can stay focus on the job and not let anything distract you, you can grow. Gems of individual their that are amazing. Top management are amazing! They really try!

In trianing they talk about attendance and attitude. Their motto is even "doing the right thing, the right way, everday," as someone who constantly brings these things to a work environment and strive for those aspects, MOST of the tenure employees and leadership don't exemplify these mottos, they walk around with more inflamed ego and lack of acceptance. If you don't fit into the culture, but still bring the work ethic, it will be a tough time. Hard work doesn't mean much. If you don't fit the mold, it won't be an enjoyable work environment. The lack of inclusion and diversity is disturbing.
