Pros
Over my time spent with the company, Credit Control has continued to improve it's connection with employees. From annual picnics and amazing Christmas parties, to employee rewards, bonuses and raffles, the company has maintained employee satisfaction, winning "Best Place to Work in Collections" 3 years in a row. Overall, management helps and guides employees and truly wants everyone to be happy and excel at their jobs. Most managers appreciate feedback and are willing to have conversations about where you feel you're at with your workload and career goals. Credit Control also strives to create a fun and inclusive work environment, which includes happy hours, birthday decorations/treats and holiday potlucks. We also have fresh fruit, a coffee/cappuccino machine and infused waters available to us all day in the breakroom. For families, the corporate office has a mother's room and the company offers compensated maternity leave. Growth is inevitable for Credit Control, as they continuously gain the business of large clients. I definitely feel like my time spent here has aided in the company's success.
Cons
The biggest con is medical coverage. It's on the expensive side for families. This is somewhat outweighed though with the 401k matching, dental and vision benefits. The promotional track is not as clearly defined as it could be. Promotions are occasionally awarded to those who work towards them and happen to be apart of a growing team.
